Trip itinerary

Clear, practical training comes first. Then we hit the road. This is a good option if you are riding for the first time or want a shorter, more intense experience, so we adjust the pace to the participants and the conditions on the ground.

Most of the time is spent actually riding, because we do not fill the programme with artificial stops.

In our experience: people who chose this option often felt unsatisfied, so they decided to extend their ride.

The price includes snowmobile rental, guide and safety training.

135€ per person (based on 2-8 persons)

Guests and requirements

We take 1 to 8 riders. A single rider pays a slightly higher price, because the cost of preparing the tour is the same for any group size.
Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid category A or B driving licence.
A Swedish snowmobile licence is not required, because riding with our guide covers it.
Every driver completes a short skills check during the safety training.
Passengers ride from the age of 6, with a parent or with our guide.
A local guide is also included.
Guests also need their own travel and activity insurance.

When to come

Snowmobile tours run from December to March, but late November and April are sometimes possible, snow permitting.

Luleå Airport (LLA) is 1 hour 20 minutes from Vidsel, and Skellefteå Airport (SFT) 2 hours 10 minutes. Both are approximate winter driving times.
