Trip itinerary

A longer route, greater distance, more varied terrain. Several solid hours of riding that give you a real sense of the Arctic space.

We adjust the pace to the group. We have had drivers with rally experience and families with children ride with us. In both cases, the right route was key.

The vast majority of the time is spent actually riding in natural terrain.

In our experience: this trip can be really tiring. In a good way. Afterwards, you feel that the day was intense. The only option that is more intense is the off-road option.

The price includes the snowmobile, guide and safety training.

Guests and requirements

We take 1 to 8 riders. A single rider pays a slightly higher price, because the cost of preparing the tour is the same for any group size.
Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid category A or B driving licence.
A Swedish snowmobile licence is not required, because riding with our guide covers it.
Every driver completes a short skills check during the safety training.
Passengers ride from the age of 6, with a parent or with our guide.
A local guide is also included.
Guests also need their own travel and activity insurance.

When to come

Snowmobile tours run from December to March, but late November and April are sometimes possible, snow permitting.

Luleå Airport (LLA) is 1 hour 20 minutes from Vidsel, and Skellefteå Airport (SFT) 2 hours 10 minutes. Both are approximate winter driving times.
