3-HOUR SNOWMOBILE TOUR

Guests and requirements

• We take 1 to 8 riders. A single rider pays a slightly higher price, because the cost of preparing the tour is the same for any group size.
• Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid category A or B driving licence.
• A Swedish snowmobile licence is not required, because riding with our guide covers it.
• Every driver completes a short skills check during the safety training.
• Passengers ride from the age of 6, with a parent or with our guide.
• A local guide is also included.
• Guests also need their own travel and activity insurance.

What to bring

• High winter boots, above the ankle
• Warm socks
• Thermal underwear

We provide everything else.

Included

• Snowmobile with heated handlebars and footrests
• Warm winter suit
• Helmet, goggles, gloves and balaclava
• Fuel
• A local guide
• Safety training before you ride

When to come

Snowmobile tours run from December to March, but late November and April are sometimes possible, snow permitting.

Luleå Airport (LLA) is 1 hour 20 minutes from Vidsel, and Skellefteå Airport (SFT) 2 hours 10 minutes. Both are approximate winter driving times.
