1. General Information

By booking and participating in activities offered by FulleRulle Team, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services

FulleRulle Team provides exclusive Arctic adventures, including snowmobile tours, dog sledding, quad biking, jet ski excursions, and other activities described on fullerulle.se.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Book online at fullerulle.se, by email or by phone.
• You pay either the full price or a 30% deposit when you book. The balance is paid by card on the day of arrival.
• If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date, you receive a full refund.
• If you cancel 13 to 3 days before the start date, you receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start date, or do not arrive, there is no refund.
• On stays with accommodation, the deposit also includes the accommodation part. That part follows the separate cancellation table on the offer page.
• We may use third‑party services (e.g., secure payment processors or review platforms) to finalize reservations and process payments.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must strictly follow guides’ instructions and safety regulations.
• FulleRulle Team is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by participants failing to adhere to safety guidelines.
• Adult guardians are fully responsible for minors under their care.
• Participants are legally responsible for any damage caused by improper or negligent use of provided equipment.
• FulleRulle Team is not responsible for damages resulting from reckless or irresponsible behavior by participants.

5. Insurance

Participants must have valid travel and activity insurance covering all services booked through FulleRulle Team.

6. Changes and Cancellations by FulleRulle Team

• FulleRulle Team reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather.
• If FulleRulle Team cancels an activity, participants will receive either a full refund or an alternative date (if available).

7. Gift Cards

• A gift card has a value in euro (EUR). You can use it for FulleRulle tours and services.
• The card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card.
• If there is value left on the card when it expires, contact us. We will either extend the card or refund the remaining value.
• The card value does not earn interest. FulleRulle is not a bank or a financial institution.
• You can use the card in one or more bookings. The price of each booking is taken off the card. What is left stays on the card.
• You can use more than one gift card for one booking.
• To use the card online, enter the code and the name printed on the card. You can check the balance on our gift card page at any time.
• The card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A lost card can be re-issued if you show the purchase confirmation.
• You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as long as the card has not been used. Write to info@fullerulle.se and we refund the full price.
• If a booking paid with a gift card is refunded under section 3 or 6, the refunded amount goes back onto the same gift card.
• When you use a gift card for a booking, the cancellation rules in section 3 apply to that booking.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be governed by Swedish law.
